Dubstep: The Explanation You Never Ask For

I happen to enjoy dubstep quite a bit, though it does seem to be one of those things that people either love or hate.  I have this funny feeling that the reasons people love dubstep are pretty much the same as those for people who hate it.  (Haters gonna hate and all that.)

On that note, here is a video of a skit from the Comedy Central show, Key & Peele, with regards to dubstep which got me all shouting: “OH MY GOD!! THIS!! THAT IS SO IT!! (And by shouting, I mean thinking to myself really enthusiastically.  Still counts as a OMG Moment though.)  It’s three minutes long, and totally worth it.

Should I have to ever explain what dubstep is to someone, this is the answer.

And Then… And Then…

Maybe I suffer from the influence of too much American pop culture, but I find the following video thrilling:

I’m sure there’s many more shows that could have been included in this video.

I completely agree with one of the comments on Jezebel, it’s sad that Supernatural hasn’t been included in this loop, they have so many references to other TV shows!

The Bizarre World of the Bisexual

I certainly am a fan of parody and satire. As a follow on from yesterday’s post, my friend Lucy pointed me towards the following video:

Satire FTW!!
